Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application to One Earth Yoga.

 

• Once your application is submitted and approved, we will send you additional information regarding the course as well as instructions on how to pay your deposit for the course.

 

• A deposit of RM2,000 (US $500) is required to reserve your spot in our program. This amount will go towards your full course fee. The deposit payment is a holding charge for your place in the course and is non-refundable.

 

• The remaining amount for the course needs to be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to course start date. It is also possible to pay the full course amount to save on transaction fees.

 

• All payments are non-refundable. If there is some unexpected event inhibits you from attending our course, we can transfer you into another program of choice within a 12-month period from the original program, provided that appropriate notice is given. If the new program of choice has a higher investment fee due to location and other fees you are liable for additional costs.
   

• In the event the course is cancelled by fault of the organizers, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded for the payments you have made. Each teacher training course requires a minimum of 4 students to run, failure to meet the minimum may result in course cancellation.
   

• One Earth Yoga does not take responsibility for any loss to persons or belongings before, after or during the program.
   

• For destination / immersion trainings, you understand that One Earth Yoga is not responsible for additional nights of accommodation prior to check-in or after the check-out than the dates listed for the program. We are happy to offer advice on alternative accommodations for longer stays or to help you arrange extended stays at the retreat venue depending on availability. 
   

• One Earth Yoga is an organization that provide yoga courses and does not claim to be professionals in the health and/or mental health sector. If you suffer from severe anxiety, depression, addictions and/or other forms of physical and/or mental health conditions that require proper treatment, please consult the appropriate professionals.
   

• Course attendees who cause disruption to the program or other students may be expelled with no refund.
   

• By attending this program you understand the requirement for dedication, focus, positivity and commitment to an intensive course.
   

• All course material / manuals received from One Earth Yoga for your training are subject to copyright and not to be used for any other purpose than for your personal education.
